John Huff

With Transwestern, John is responsible for sourcing development and investment opportunities nationwide and overseeing recruitment, business development and strategic solutions for healthcare real estate owners, users and investors involved in healthcare real estate.

John has been dedicated and active in healthcare real estate since 2004.  He has worked with many of the largest healthcare systems and multi-market physician alliances across the country, helping with strategic growth, portfolio optimization, leasing, development and capital market initiatives. 

Between his days as a healthcare leasing and development executive, he has been involved in over $2 billion dollars of healthcare real estate transactions, developed over 2 million square feet of medical office buildings, specialty hospitals, cancer centers and surgery centers and has been involved in over 7 million square feet of leasing and sales transactions.  John is a frequent speaker at healthcare real estate events due to his extensive experience and knowledge of health systems, healthcare leasing, development, strategic initiatives and capital markets.

John is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson.

John received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
