TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Joe Karmin has worked in the industry for well over a decade. He specializes in representing both private and institutional Tenants and Owners. His clients admire and appreciate his expert market knowledge, determination to find the best solutions for their real estate scenarios, tenacious work ethic, and ability to stay responsive and accountable throughout the deal cycle. Moreover, he takes pride in ensuring his clients have all the critical knowledge needed before making any real estate decision.
 
His market focus extends in all directions from O’Hare, and he is one of the most active value add brokers in multiple Chicagoland submarkets.  Joe prides himself in putting together the best “team” of brokers for any client and their distinct needs.

Since joining Transwestern, Joe has completed over 27,755,000 SF in transactions with a value totaling in excess of $850 million. Prior to joining Transwestern, Joe worked as a leasing agent for Roland Realty Inc.
