TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Jim Sager serves as Vice President in Transwestern’s Central Region, where he specializes in investment sales of office, healthcare, and multifamily properties, as well as land for commercial development. With a strong financial foundation and extensive experience in project leasing and tenant representation, Jim provides strategic insight and analysis that help maximize value for both property owners and investors.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
With more than 30 years of diverse business experience, Jim brings a distinctive combination of analytical rigor, persistence, and creativity to every client engagement. He has spent over a decade in commercial real estate brokerage and has completed hundreds of transactions across the healthcare, office and senior housing sectors.
Before entering commercial real estate, Jim managed the Fort Worth office of a publicly traded IT and accounting consulting firm spun off from Deloitte. His earlier career included positions in public accounting and investment banking, as well as Director-level roles in healthcare operations at Harris Methodist Health System (now Texas Health Resources).
This broad and multi-disciplinary background allows Jim to evaluate real estate transactions from multiple business perspectives and deliver solutions aligned with his clients’ strategic goals.
