TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Jennifer serves as Senior Vice President and oversees the design and construction of developments from master planning through occupancy. She manages projects both small and large, with an emphasis on life science and healthcare projects

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

With her experience managing over 2 million square feet of life science and healthcare projects, she understands the complexities of these developments, including building infrastructure requirements, vivariums, hazardous materials storage strategies, life safety issues, equipment planning, clean room planning and installation, biology labs, chemistry labs, academic labs, and biotech manufacturing. She aids teams in all phases of development, including master planning, core and shell, and tenant fit out, including the 37-acre TMC3 life science development in Houston, Texas.  
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, she led the Houston office of DPR Construction where she was responsible for new business generation as well as execution of projects in the Greater Houston area. Prior to that, she worked for Linbeck Construction for over a decade, where she managed hospital, higher education, commercial, and laboratory projects across Houston. 
 
In addition to life science and healthcare projects, she has overseen a broad range of teams and project types, including healthcare, commercial office, mixed use, hospitality, advanced technology, and higher education. During her career, she has worked with many Texas healthcare institutions, including: MD Anderson, Texas Children’s Hospital, University of Texas Health Science Center, University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston, University of Houston, Memorial Hermann Health System, CHI, Houston Methodist, Texas Medical Center, and Rice University.
