Jeff Rader

As Executive Managing Director, Jeff serves as portfolio manager for the KORE U.S. REIT, where he liaises with the executive team on acquisitions, supports investor engagement and oversees asset management of the $1.3 billion portfolio. He is also responsible for sourcing and evaluating office investment opportunities for domestic and international investors across core, value-add and opportunistic strategies.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Jeff was executive vice president at Pacific Oak Capital Advisors, where he served as head of asset management for Pacific Oak Strategic Opportunity REIT and KORE U.S. REIT.

Previously, he spent more than 12 years at KBS Capital Advisors as executive vice president, acquiring and managing more than $3 billion in investments across multiple vehicles, including KBS REIT I, II and III and KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT I and II. He was also part of the executive team that launched the $800 million Keppel KBS U.S. REIT on the Singapore Exchange in 2017.

Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from DePauw University and an MBA in real estate and finance from the University of Southern California.
