Jeff serves as managing director of Transwestern Development Company and is based in Houston. He is responsible for sourcing investment capital and joint-venture equity for development projects sponsored by Transwestern across different product types in various regions.


During his career, Jeff has participated in more than $2.7 billion of real estate transactions in multifamily, office, industrial, hospitality and student housing. Jeff joined Transwestern in mid-2014 and since that time he has participated in the capitalization of more than $700 million in development projects. This includes multi-family, industrial and office across seven states and twelve cities.
Prior to joining Transwestern, he worked with Asset Plus Corporation where he directed investment activity for value-add acquisition and development opportunities in both multi-family and student housing. Jeff was also a managing director with HFF from 1997 to 2009 with a primary focus on debt and structured finance across all property types, along with a secondary focus on investment sales. During his tenure with HFF, Jeff participated in $1.5 billion in transactions across multiple product types. Prior to HFF, Jeff worked at Bank of America as a Relationship Manager responsible for retirement plans for several institutional pension fund clients.


Jeff holds a Texas Salesperson License and is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council.


Jeff received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.
