Jeanette Manrique

Jeanette currently oversees property management for office and industrial properties in Northern California. Jeanette's responsibilities include strategic and day-to-day operational oversight, detailed property and financial reporting, tenant relations and administration, vendor and contract management, and supervision of all capital and tenant improvement construction projects.

Jeanette has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in the areas of property management, leasing, facility management, LEED/Energy Star certification, construction management and property repositioning. Before joining Transwestern, she was a property manager for Colliers International Asset Management. Her resume also includes property management positions with industry-leading firms such as Legacy Partners Commercial, Equity Office Properties Trust and CarrAmerica Realty Corporation.

Jeanette is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).  She received the Transwestern West Region Property Manager of the Year award in 2011.

Jeanette earned her bachelor's degree from San Jose State University. Jeanette is a designated Real Property Administrator (RPA) and is a licensed real estate professional in the state of California.
