Jake Jordan

As a Senior Associate on the Healthcare Capital Markets team, Jake focuses on underwriting, investment sales, and transaction support across medical office and healthcare-related assets. He is involved in the acquisition, financing, and disposition process, helping clients make informed, data-driven investment decisions.

Jake brings a background in real estate acquisitions, asset management, and commercial real estate lending. Most recently, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Huntington Bank, where he underwrote and managed a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, with a focus on credit analysis, risk management, and borrower performance.

Prior to his time in banking, Jake spent over five years in acquisitions roles, where he was actively involved in sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate investments across multiple asset classes. His experience includes building financial models and evaluating investment strategies.

Jake earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University and is currently pursuing his MBA at Southern Methodist University, concentrating in Finance.
