. Sold 32 shopping centers and one regional mall, totaling over five million square feet and valued at almost $1billion, and 215 acres of land for development.
. Acquired 16 shopping center properties and undeveloped land with an aggregate value exceeding $200 million; responsible for contract negotiations and due diligence.
. Expanded 28 shopping centers by a total of 1,000,000 square feet and remodeled 15 centers, comprising 2,000,000 square feet; coordinated the budget, design, development, and leasing. Directed leasing activity for a 35-center portfolio in Maryland, Virginia, and California; developed leasing proformas, negotiated lease buyouts, implemented re-merchandising strategies, and secured anchor and non-anchor tenants.
. Recently completed transactions with and on behalf of LaSalle, Prudential, John Hancock, Citicorp, First Union, RREEF, FDIC, Federal Realty Investment Trust, Saul Centers, Regency Centers, Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, The Peterson Companies and The Rappaport Companies.
