Gunnar Stray-Gundersen is a Vice President at Transwestern Investment Group (TIG), where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing industrial real estate investments across major U.S. markets. He plays an active role in both acquisition and development strategies, working across investment profiles ranging from core to opportunistic.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Over his six years with Transwestern, Gunnar has been involved in more than $1 billion in transactions spanning multifamily, healthcare, industrial, and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) assets, with notable activity in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, Seattle, and Austin. He has executed transactions on both the acquisition and development side, bringing broad market coverage and asset-type versatility to the TIG platform.
