Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
As Vice President, Griffin serves as asset manager for select territories within the KORE U.S. REIT, where he oversees asset management execution across his assigned portfolio and supports portfolio management of the $1.3 billion portfolio. He is also responsible for sourcing and evaluating office investment opportunities for domestic and international investors across core, value-add, and opportunistic strategies.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Prior to joining Transwestern Investments, Griffin served as Associate Vice President of Asset Management and Acquisitions at Pacific Oak Capital Advisors, where he served as asset manager for select territories within Pacific Oak Strategic Opportunity REIT and the KORE U.S. REIT, comprising more than $3 billion in investments.
Previously, he was an Asset Management and Acquisitions Analyst at Commonwealth Partners in Los Angeles, supporting the asset management of a West Coast Class A office portfolio exceeding 4 million square feet and $6+ billion in value on behalf of institutional capital partner CalPERS.
EDUCATION
Griffin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Real Estate from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
