Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As creative director, Gregorio produces marketing materials and oversees the marketing initiatives for various projects and supporting Transwestern services teams in the Houston area. He is responsible for producing property marketing campaigns, preparing new business development proposals and corporate communications.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Gregorio has 12 years of commercial real estate marketing experience. He has produced and implemented marketing plans for Metropolis, Brookfield, Regent Properties, Spear Street and other notable Transwestern clients. Gregorio specializes in branding, graphic design, environmental graphics and strategic marketing campaigns.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Gregorio specialized in retail project marketing, tenant advisory packages and GIS tenant strategy maps.
