Grant Geiger

As a Senior Associate with Transwestern Investment Group, Grant is responsible for asset management and investment analysis for the firm. In this role, he supports leasing initiatives, business plan execution, and asset-level strategy for the KORE U.S. REIT, a 4.8 million square-foot office portfolio with an aggregate asset value of approximately $1.3 billion. Grant is also responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities for domestic and international investors across core, value-add, and opportunistic strategies.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Grant was with Pacific Oak Capital, where he focused on asset management, financing, and portfolio operations for the Pacific Oak Strategic Opportunity REIT and the KORE U.S. REIT, with a combined $3.1 billion in assets under management.

Previously, Grant worked in acquisitions at Westcore, where he executed the acquisition and closing of multiple industrial investments totaling more than $1.2 billion, with responsibilities including underwriting, financing, and transaction management. He began his career supporting an office and industrial capital markets team, gaining experience in financial analysis, transaction services, and market evaluation.

Grant holds bachelor’s degrees in Real Estate and Finance from The University of San Diego.
