Grace McCracken

Grace is a Project Manager with Transwestern’s commercial project services team, overseeing all phases of office and mixed-use development projects from design coordination through construction. She builds strong client relationships and ensures each project aligns with the client’s vision.

Joining Transwestern in 2025, Grace manages multimillion-dollar office and mixed-use developments for Transwestern’s Commercial Project Services team. She successfully transitioned from residential to commercial project management, bringing with her experience in subcontractor coordination, estimating, and scheduling. She has also supported development teams with site planning, giving her a well-rounded perspective from early-stage planning through project delivery. Grace consistently delivers exceptional results while nurturing collaborative and lasting relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.

Grace holds a degree in Business Management and Real Estate and is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in the state of Texas.
