Ginger North

Ginger North serves as Construction Manager and Owner's Agent for Transwestern's San Antonio office, specializing in owner representation, capital project management and construction advisory services. She advises clients throughout all phases of the development and construction process, providing strategic guidance on interior renovations, corporate relocations, capital improvement projects and critical infrastructure upgrades.

Ginger's expertise includes preconstruction planning, contractor procurement, budget development, schedule management, change order negotiations, and project closeout. She works closely with owners, consultants and contractors to identify potential risks early, develop practical solutions, control costs and ensure projects remain aligned with operational and financial objectives.

Ginger brings 24 years of construction industry experience, including 16 years dedicated to construction and capital project management. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2022, she began her career in the field as an electrician apprentice, developing a strong technical understanding of building systems, constructability and trade coordination before advancing into estimating, project management and construction leadership roles.

Throughout her career, Ginger has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, nonprofit and government sectors. Her experience includes corporate headquarters relocations, multi-tenant office renovations, nonprofit facility improvements and major mechanical system upgrades. She has served as Owner's Agent on multiple assignments and has been designated as Owner's Agent under Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) filings for numerous properties. Ginger has also managed tenant improvement projects for the General Services Administration in San Antonio, navigating federal compliance, security and project requirements within highly regulated environments. Through disciplined project controls and proactive risk management, she has generated documented cost savings and cost avoidance exceeding six figures across multiple capital projects.
