TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Gary serves as Partner where he is responsible for sourcing new development opportunities and manages the underwriting, design, construction, lease up, and disposition of projects. Gary is based in the Houston office and focuses on office, multifamily, life science, and mixed-use developments nationally.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Throughout his career, Gary has participated in the development of over two million square feet of office, multifamily, and mixed-use properties with more than $1 billion in aggregate cost. Recent and current endeavors include The RO, a 17-acre mixed-use district consisting of boutique and corporate offices, Auberge hotel and residences, multifamily, and retail; the Rino, a midrise multifamily project in Denver, Vero, a midrise multifamily project in Tempe, and the master plans of multiple mixed-use projects.
 
Before joining Transwestern, Gary served as a Debt & Equity Analyst for HFF where he was involved in placing over $1 billion in both debt and equity for office, multifamily, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets nationally.

EDUCATION

Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, with a dual concentration in Finance and Real Estate.
