Emily Hernandez

Emily serves as the Vice President Controller for Transwestern Investment Group (TIG).  She oversees fund financial reporting and accounting across all TIGs investment platforms, including the external audit and federal and state partnership tax return processes and the monitoring and implementation of internal controls.

Prior to joining TIG, Emily spent 6 years working at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she worked in the financial services assurance practice as an Assurance Manager and performed assurance and advisory services for a variety of financial clients, including private equity funds.

Emily is a Certified Public Accountant (Texas). 

Emily is a Certified Public Accountant and received both her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
