TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Eli is a Senior Associate with the Sports & Entertainment practice at Transwestern. He advises clients on opportunities at the intersection of real estate and revenue generation. Eli works directly with clients and partners to navigate complex projects, leveraging market insights and deep industry knowledge to drive value across the sports and entertainment landscape.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Eli joined Transwestern in 2026, bringing experience in sports sponsorship with a focus on naming rights and jersey patch partnerships. He has worked with professional sports organizations across all major leagues, advising on partnership strategy, valuation and execution to drive organization revenue. He previously worked in sponsorship sales for Oak View Group, where he focused on naming rights and jersey patch opportunities, representing teams as they took these platforms to market. This has included working with organizations such as the Tampa Bay Lightning, Minnesota Wild, Professional Pickleball Association, Topgolf, Atlanta Hawks, Miami Marlins and the Professional Women’s Hockey League. His team was instrumental in negotiating the new naming rights for the Tampa Bay Lightning’s arena, which was renamed to Benchmark International Arena. Eli was responsible for initiating the original conversation that led to the partnership.

EDUCATION

Eli received his Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management from the University of Michigan with a minor in Real Estate Development.
