Donna Callan

Beginning her career in 1998, Donna has contributed and overseen to the management of real estate projects in commercial office, industrial, healthcare and retail properties. Prior to joining the Transwestern team in 2011, Donna worked for Grubb & Ellis for thirteen years. Her most recent position held was Assistant Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manger. Donna's experience consisted of overseeing Senior Property Managers and their portfolios comprising 19 properties of 1,500,000 square feet. Her responsibilities included tracking the performance of properties, maintaining and enhancing asset information and client relations. She was a key leader in new business development, presentations and property transitions. Donna also has experience in the acquisition and disposition of properties and construction management.

 

Donna led the Eldridge Oaks Team in the LEED EBOM Application and subsequent LEED GOLD EBOM Certification designation (2015). Donna is dedicated to educating, enhancing and implementing energy efficiency measures. 

 

Donna consistently maintains a great sense of pride in her ability to do the job with the highest level of integrity, professionalism and efficiency. She is known for her outstanding leadership ability in her supervision of staff through her motivational and mentor abilities as well as excellent client and tenant relations.
