Dan O'Leary

An Associate in Transwestern’s New York office, Dan provides occupier solutions and tenant leasing services to tenants throughout New York City.

Dan supports the firm’s clients across a broad range of industries, with a focus on providing corporate real estate solutions to office tenants. Prior to joining Transwestern, he was an Associate with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in Nashville, where he worked in the investment sales space for net lease daycare centers nationwide. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York.

Dan earned his Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He holds his bachelor's degree from Sewanee: The University of the South, where he majored in International & Global Studies, double minored in Business and Spanish, and was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team.
