On May 21, Chicago team members joined other tenants in the lounge at 200 West Madison to pen letters of appreciation to current and former military personnel. The effort was coordinated with nonprofit A Million Thanks to see that every letter goes to current or former members of the armed forces, as a personal thanks for their service.
