Collin is a seasoned real estate research leader with over six years of experience supporting brokerage, investment and development teams across major commercial real estate firms. Previously serving as Research Manager at Colliers International in Columbus, Ohio, he leads all market research activities, delivering high-impact insights that guide strategic decision-making for clients and internal teams. Throughout his career—including roles at JLL and Newmark—Collin has developed and implemented data-driven solutions, led cross-functional teams, and presented market trends to clients, government agencies and media outlets. He has played a key role in producing valuation reports for industrial, retail, and office assets, enhancing data systems to streamline operations across business lines. His work has supported numerous high-profile real estate decisions across the Midwest and beyond, making him a trusted advisor in market analytics and investment intelligence.

Collin attended the University of Cincinnati, where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration, double majoring in Real Estate and Finance.
