TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Western Regional Partner for Transwestern Development Company, responsible for developing premier warehouse projects across the western United States, including California, Arizona, and Nevada.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Clark Neuhoff served as Chief Development Officer and Senior Managing Board Advisor for Alere Property Group (www.alerellc.com), a pension-funded industrial development and acquisition platform, for more than 22 years. In this role, Neuhoff developed more than 50 warehouse and industrial park projects throughout Southern California, totaling over 17 million square feet and more than $6 billion in value. He also advised the managing board on broader strategic initiatives.
Neuhoff was instrumental in the growth of Alere Property Group, helping expand the company from no assets to more than 190 assets and a balance sheet exceeding $12 billion. Prior to joining Alere, Neuhoff held project management positions with Sares-Regis Group and The Koll Company.
Neuhoff earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master of Real Estate and Construction Management from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He is active in CREDA and serves on its Legislative Affairs Board.
