TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Charlie McCollum is an Associate with Transwestern in Fort Worth and a member of the firm’s Industrial Services group, working alongside Vice President Lyndon Todd. He works with business owners and tenants on their industrial real estate needs, including lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and acquisitions. Charlie also represents industrial property owners in leasing and sales, helping clients evaluate market opportunities and position their properties effectively.

His work includes tenant representation, agency leasing, user sales and leasing, and industrial property dispositions. Charlie takes a hands-on approach throughout each transaction, working closely with clients to understand their objectives, evaluate available options, and navigate the process from initial market analysis through negotiations and closing. His focus on market knowledge, responsiveness, and practical solutions allows him to help clients make informed real estate decisions.

EDUCATION

Charlie received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas Christina University's Neely School of Business in 2022. He is a licensed Real Estate Professional.
