Charlie Holliday

Charlie serves as Senior Vice President of Construction in the firm’s Houston development group, where he is responsible for the construction of commercial office, multi-family, and healthcare development projects. He provides full-service construction management services for build-to-suit clients and oversees the design and construction of our principal development projects.

Throughout his career at Transwestern Development, Charlie has helped build over 650 residential units totaling $250 million and successfully completed Life Science and Healthcare construction management projects. The latter consist of a 360,000 square foot life science building and a 535,000 square foot children’s hospital, with construction costs exceeding $500 million.
 

Prior to joining Transwestern, Charlie was a Project Executive with J.E. Dunn Construction Company responsible for new business generation, managing and improving internal processes, and overseeing various project teams. Prior to, he was a Project Manager where he estimated and managed over $300 million of projects across a broad range of product types, including commercial, healthcare, multi-family, higher education, hospitality, industrial, and municipal works.

Charlie received a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
