Charlie Holliday

Charlie serves as Senior Vice President of Construction in the firm’s Houston development group, where he is responsible for the construction of commercial office, multi-family, and healthcare development projects. He provides full-service construction management services for build-to-suit clients and oversees the design and construction of our principal development projects.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Charlie was a Project Executive with J.E. Dunn Construction Company responsible for new business generation, managing and improving internal processes, and overseeing multiple project teams. Prior to Charlie’s role as Project Executive, he was a Project Manager where he estimated and managed over $300 million of projects across a broad range of product types including commercial, healthcare, multi-family, higher education, hospitality, industrial, and municipal works.

Charlie is certified as a LEED, AP

Charlie received a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
