Chantal Darling

In her role, Chantal is responsible for bringing best practices and leadership to every client engagement as well as supervising the ongoing service delivery for multiple Transwestern accounts.  As a member of the lease administration team, she helps clients manage their property portfolios and develop solutions to reduce risk and overall real estate costs.  Chantal also leads lease administration training and staff development initiatives and provides insight into new business strategies.

Chantal has more than 25 years of real estate experience focusing on all aspects of lease administration. She was previously a Vice President with JLL where she was the regional sales lead and co-managed the Dallas office operations including a team of 40+ lease administration professionals with a combined portfolio of over 100 clients worldwide and an annual rent spend of more than $130M. Earlier in her career she served as the senior accounts receivable manager at Boxer Property Management and as a lease administrator for Schroder Center Management.

Chantal attended Marymount College of Kansas and studied business administration with a focus on accounting.
