TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Brianna Norman serves as Property Manager at Bank of America Tower in Houston’s Central Business District. She leads day-to-day operations for one of the city’s premier Class AA office towers, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and fostering strong tenant relationships while ensuring operational excellence.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Since entering the commercial real estate industry in 2019, Brianna has advanced through roles such as Property Administrator, Assistant Property Manager, and Property Manager. She joined Transwestern in 2025, bringing a proven track record of leadership and client-focused management.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Brianna managed 1.8 million square feet of Class AA office space in Houston’s CBD with Hines, where she directed multi-million-dollar construction projects—including a DAS installation, tenant buildouts, and full-floor white box initiatives—while leading annual budgeting and capital planning processes.

Earlier in her career at Moody Rambin, Brianna managed diverse portfolios of office, retail, mixed-use, and industrial assets, gaining expertise in financial reporting, lease administration, and vendor management. Her background also includes tenant engagement and event programming from her tenure in hospitality and concierge services, which honed her client service approach.
