TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Brian oversees new account transitions, ongoing account compliance, and any ad hoc special projects for Transwestern’s Global Lease Administration Team. In this role, Brian assists corporate occupiers strategically manage their property portfolios and develops solutions to mitigate risk and reduce overall real estate costs. In addition, Brian coordinates business and operational activities for the lease administration department.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Brian has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, which gives him valuable perspective regarding how a strategic approach to lease administration can help companies advance their organizational objectives. In addition, his three years in public accounting and 3 years in consulting provide unique insight into how real estate decisions affect a company’s bottom line.
Before joining Transwestern in 2015, Brian served as the Global Audit & Compliance manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he oversaw 18 direct reports across the globe. At Jones Lang LaSalle, Brian led the Global SOC 1 (Service Organization Controls) certification process, ensuring that a global internal control infrastructure was in place for more than 150 clients and approximately 75,000 leased and subleased records worldwide. In addition, Brian established the “off-shore” global abstraction operations by coordinating international hubs in Australia, China, India, Mexico, and Poland.
