TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Brian Fogelberg is Transwestern’s Minneapolis St. Paul Managing Director of Occupier Solutions. He has 27 years of professional experience in the real estate and legal industry providing advisory and transaction services for organizations across a broad spectrum of industries. Brian’s services include local and national tenant representation as well as national account portfolio and transaction management. He utilizes a strategic approach to exceed the client’s objectives through measurable KPIs. Brian also uses his experience as an attorney to ensure clients receive appropriate counsel throughout the process.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Brian is a three-time winner of the Transaction of the Year representing Wells Fargo (112,000 SF), Prime Therapeutics (156,000 SF), and Uponor (285,000 SF).
 
Prior to joining Transwestern in 2018, Brian was a leader in the Advisory & Transaction Services group with CBRE for 18 years.
 
Prior to joining CBRE, Brian spent five years as the Senior Attorney for National Car Rental representing National's real estate and business interests at over 120 corporate locations across North America. Prior to joining National Car, Brian was in private law practice responsible for real estate, insurance, and construction matters.
