TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Chief Engineer Brian Echelmeyer provides engineering oversight for a 400,000-square-foot office portfolio in Baltimore Maryland. He is responsible for daily operations and supervises all building maintenance, construction and renovations.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Brian joined Transwestern in 2006 as a building engineer in Rockville, Maryland where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations for two office buildings totally 200,000 SF. In 2009 Brian moved to 815 Connecticut Avenue to oversee the complete renovation of the 250,000 SF office building.
