TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Senior Property Manager with Transwestern, Bradley oversees approximately 900,000 square feet of office assets in Houston's Midtown and Galleria submarkets. Specializing in assets under special servicing oversight, he focuses on asset preservation, risk mitigation, deferred maintenance, operational performance and tenant relations while collaborating with ownership, leasing agents, tenants and service providers to maximize value and support recovery strategies.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Bradley is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with extensive experience managing office, industrial, medical office, and retail assets on behalf of institutional investors, private owners and corporate clients. Prior to joining Transwestern, he served as Senior Vice President of Property Management for Partners Real Estate and previously led the property management divisions of Belvoir Real Estate and Moody Rambin. He began his career with Hines, managing Class A office assets throughout the Houston market.

His expertise includes building operations, financial management, capital improvement programs, risk management, construction oversight, personnel development, energy procurement and acquisition due diligence. Notable assignments have included properties and portfolios owned by Argentic, CalPERS, Capital Guidance Associates, ECapital, Entrada Partners, GM Pension Fund, Hines, Sarofim Realty Advisors, Southwestern Bell Pension Fund and TA Realty.

Significant assignments have included several notable Houston office properties, including 3 & 4 Greenspoint Plaza, 1100 Louisiana, 20 Greenway Plaza, 363 North Sam Houston Parkway East, 811 Louisiana (formerly Two Shell Plaza), The Decorative Center Houston and Royal Tech Commons.

Bradley earned his B.B.A., General Business (Finance) from Sam Houston State University. He is a CPM® (Certified Property Manager), Institute of Real Estate Management and a Licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent.
