Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Andrew is the Regional Marketing Manager for Transwestern’s West region, which includes offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, Seattle, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Denver. He works closely with the region’s leadership and National Marketing team to develop and implement initiatives that promote the firm’s full-service commercial real estate platform, raise brand awareness for Transwestern and its clients, and support business development, through channels that include digital marketing, property campaigns, advertising, content marketing, creative collateral, events, and media relations.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Andrew worked at Colliers International, as the art director and marketing manager for the San Francisco East Bay & Peninsula markets. He managed teams across the Bay Area, designed business development materials, and collaborated with brokers, clients and design teams to develop print and digital collateral. Before his career in commercial real estate, he operated a freelance consultancy offering visual design, photography and art direction for clients in a variety of industries.

EDUCATION

Steinmetz earned a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication & Design from San Francisco State University. An avid photographer, he also holds an associate degree in photography from the City College of San Francisco. He has been an active volunteer with Artists’ Television Access and the San Francisco Bike Coalition.
