TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Allissa DeCeault is the General Manager of 2375 Waterview Drive, a 431,792-square-foot Class A office property in Northbrook, Illinois. She leads the management team at the two-building complex, assisting with capital projects, tenant construction, accounting, service contract negotiations and building operations. Allissa also oversees long-term projects and acts as one of the key liaisons between ownership and Transwestern. Allissa excels at optimizing operations and delivering innovative solutions and is known for her strategic leadership and commitment to driving measurable results. Allissa fosters efficiency across every facet of operations, and her dedication to professional growth and relationship building creates a culture of trust.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Allissa has nearly 20 years of experience in facility operations and construction, and she bring her extensive expertise and a customer-first mindset to every project. She joined the 2375 Waterview Drive team in 2012 upon the property’s completion, playing an integral role in opening the management office and establishing operational excellence from day one. Most recently, she was Instrumental to the property’s transition from owner-occupied to multi-tenant, welcoming new tenants that filled over 300,000 square feet of space across both buildings. Earlier in her career, Allissa advanced from the role of property administrator to senior property administrator while working at a mix of downtown Chicago buildings, including 181 West Madison Ave., 1 North LaSalle St., Michigan Plaza and the Daley Center.
Allissa led the process of achieving LEED Gold certification at 2375 Waterview Drive. Other environmental efforts include improved indoor air quality with building flush-out using outdoor air, use of high-efficiency heat and air conditioning equipment and plumbing fixtures, and efficient landscape irrigation from retained stormwater.
Other significant projects managed by Allissa include the installation of 16 new EV charging stations, creation of a building-wide compost program, multi-floor restacking projects, two large tenant improvement buildouts totaling 300,000 square feet, as well as an amenity lounge and café buildout totaling 5,300 square feet. She also managed the RFP process and onboarding of a food service operator for the building’s full-service café and on-site catering service, delivering a seamless experience for tenants and visitors alike. Additionally, 2375 Waterview Drive earned Office Development of the Year from BOMA/Chicago and the Chicago Design Excellence Award for Interior Architecture from the American Institute of Architects.
