Alissa Adler

Alissa is a Managing Director with Transwestern’s Capital Markets & Asset Strategies group in the Midwest. She advises clients on investment sales and broader real estate strategies. She brings deep insights and strong industry connections to achieve clients’ goals and maximize property value. She works with a wide range of asset types, including office, industrial, single-tenant triple-net leased, medical office and surplus corporate real estate.

Alissa has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate. She has worked with both local and national clients, completing transactions across the county. Throughout her career, she has completed over $1.3 billion in transactions. Alissa leverages her vast industry connections and extensive knowledge to achieve client goals.

Before joining Transwestern, she was a Senior Vice President with Colliers Office Capital Markets team, advising clients on investment sales. She was also a Managing Principal at Podolsky Circle before its merger with Colliers. She established Circle Realty Advisors LLC, where she served as President and oversaw company operations, asset management and sourced client acquisitions. Prior to starting her own firm, Alissa was responsible for all Midwest acquisitions and dispositions at Duke Realty, led dispositions nationally for Equity Office Property Trust and acted as the separate account asset manager for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

Alissa earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and a master’s degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
