Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Alberto has been a part of the Transwestern team for nearly eight years. Between 2013-2019, Alberto was an Engineer at 1800 K NW, a 200,000-square-foot Class A office building in Washington D.C.’s central business district. He was responsible for daily operations, as well as maintenance and building supervision. Alberto also worked with property managers and the engineering team to maintain energy management, mechanical system repairs, and preventative maintenance.  
 
Today, Alberto is the Lead Engineer for a portfolio of twenty-eight buildings totaling over 1,300,000 square feet in Montgomery County, Maryland. In addition to supporting the Chief Engineer, Alberto is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance requirements and any construction and renovations required for nine full-service office buildings and seven flex and industrial buildings.
