TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Adam Lindberg is an Associate with Transwestern’s Dallas Multifamily Capital Markets team, where he specializes in advising apartment owners on the sale and strategic positioning of multifamily assets throughout the DFW metroplex. Adam is actively involved in underwriting, valuation, marketing strategy, buyer engagement, and transaction execution, supporting institutional and private clients across a wide range of deal sizes and structures.
Working closely with senior producers and ownership groups, Adam applies a market-driven, analytical approach to help clients navigate complex capital markets transactions and achieve competitive outcomes.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Adam brings experience across multifamily investment sales, capital markets analysis, acquisitions, and asset management, offering clients a strong understanding of how apartment assets are evaluated and transacted.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Adam was a key member of CBRE’s Institutional Multifamily Capital Markets team in Dallas, where he was heavily involved in the execution of large-scale apartment transactions across North Texas. He supported underwriting, valuation, buyer analysis, and marketing efforts for institutional-quality assets and worked alongside senior brokers throughout the full investment sales process, contributing to the successful closing of billions of dollars in multifamily transactions.
Adam also gained experience in acquisitions, asset management, and equity origination roles, strengthening his perspective on investor underwriting, due diligence, and value creation across the real estate lifecycle.

EDUCATION
Adam earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from The Ohio State University Max M. Fisher College of Business. He was selected as a member of the Center for Real Estate Scholars Program and served as a Fisher College of Business Student Ambassador.
