Zachary Eckblad

Zach is a member of Transwesterns Phoenix asset services team, which provides innovative property management for approximately 9.4 million square feet of commercial real estate space across Greater Phoenix. He manages the day-to-day operations of 201 East Washington, a 24-story, 612,000-square-foot office building in Downtown Phoenix.

During his property management career, Zach has gained a reputation for teamwork, accountability and building strong tenant relationships. He joined Transwestern in 2022 and during that time has managed approximately 1 million square feet of office, medical office and industrial space, for properties including McDowell Medical Plaza, Esplanade III and now 201 East Washington. Previously, he held property management roles at Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE.

At Mott Community College, Zach balanced academics and athletics, studying Business Administration while playing on the Men's Baseball team.
