TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Vince Femiano, Senior Vice President, is a member of Transwestern’s Healthcare Advisory Team. The Phoenix Healthcare Team provides services to physicians, medical building owners, practice groups, hospitals, healthcare providers, and others in the healthcare industry. Vince’s performance and achievement are directly related to his absolute commitment to his clients.

During his 20+years of brokerage in Arizona. He is recognized in the industry for his broad market knowledge and thorough understanding of the complexities of administering regional accounts.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern in June 2019, his team was the top medical brokerage team for CBRE in Arizona.  Vince has represented Landlord’s, Hospital Systems, Physician Groups by providing leasing advisory services. Before CBRE, Vince spent over 13 years at Transwestern where he developed a unique and highly diverse perspective on the Medical market and brokerage.  He built the foundation with his team and continues to thrive.
