Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Ted serves as Vice President of Development within the Logistics Group for Transwestern Development Company and is based in Chicago. He is responsible for sourcing new opportunities within Chicago and other Midwestern markets, engaging capital partners, and overseeing project development and leasing, as well as managing disposition efforts.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Ted joined TDC in 2020 and has helped oversee the disposition of the 399,696 SF McKesson BTS, the purchase of multiple land sites in the Chicago area, and has helped source additional sites currently under contract in the Chicago, Milwaukee, and Columbus markets.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, Ted spent the bulk of his career as an investment sales broker serving as Executive Vice President for CBRE (1998 – 2017) and Senior Vice President for NAI Hiffman (2017 -2019).  He completed more than 500 transactions totaling more than $8 billion in total consideration.  Ted oversaw transactions in more than 50 markets with a particular expertise in the Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, and Cincinnati markets where he oversaw more than $4 billion worth of transactions.
