Tanita is the Market Research Manager for the Transwestern Chicago office, where she provides innovative insights into Chicagoland’s industrial and office markets. Tanita manages data from various sources to improve industry and market knowledge for TW Chicago’s brokers and clients. She also collects and extrapolates valuable data for local market reports. Furthermore, Tanita performs strategic real estate market analysis, including evaluations of competitor locations, acquisition strategies, sales volumes, and other relevant information.

Market intelligence performed by Tanita has directly helped brokers and project managers land and keep clients in the TW leasing, tenant advisory, and project services groups. Prior to Transwestern, Tanita was the Market Research Manager at MB Real Estate for the Chicago office market, where her quarterly reports were highly regard by professionals across the commercial real estate industry. Before that, Tanita performed commercial real estate research for CoStar for over four years. Tanita also has real estate experience at the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Tanita earned her Bachelor of Science degree in real estate, with a minor in media studies, from Virginia Commonwealth University.
