With over 30 years of invaluable experience in marketing, Sherry Johnson stands as a seasoned professional at the forefront of the Transwestern land services team, collaborating seamlessly with esteemed colleagues Jeff Peden and Scott Miller. In her current role as Transaction Manager, Sherry brings a wealth of expertise that extends beyond traditional marketing.

Sherry's responsibilities extend to the meticulous review of contracts, monitoring deadlines and demonstrating an unwavering commitment to ensuring that every aspect of a project progresses seamlessly. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Sherry Johnson held the position of Transaction Coordinator within the Multifamily Investment group at Marcus & Millichap/IPA. In this capacity, she played a vital role in coordinating multifaceted transactions, showcasing her adeptness in managing diverse aspects of real estate deals.
Additionally, Sherry brings experience in research and Valuation Advisory. Her expertise extends to conducting comprehensive appraisals on various property types, including but not limited to land, a 2,000+ mile Rail Corridor, Airport Hangar, Right of Way (ROW), and Estates. This diverse background underscores her proficiency in evaluating a wide spectrum of real estate assets, further enriching her capabilities in the realm of land services.
