TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Paul is Head of Portfolio Management of TIG and directs TIG’s portfolio management process and strategy implementation including target markets, acquisition, and disposition decisions, underwriting and due diligence, and structuring. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Paul has over 34 years of experience with the acquisition, asset management, development, and disposition of over $9 billion of real estate. Prior to joining TIG, Paul spent 14 years with the Archon Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs, most recently as Regional Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management. Previously, he was with Lowe Enterprises and MetLife.

Paul is an active member of The Real Estate Council, and The University of Wisconsin Real Estate Association.

EDUCATION

Paul received a B.B.A in Real Estate & Finance from the University of Wisconsin ’ Madison and a MBA from Southern Methodist University.
