TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Pat serves as a leasing agent for the Southfield Town Center project. One of his roles involves working with new and existing tenants to make sure their lease transactions go as smoothly as possible. A large portion of his time is spent marketing the complex to prospective tenants and the brokerage community. He also works diligently with his leasing team developing fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to keep the Town Center a step above its competition in the marketplace. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Pat was introduced to the real estate industry when he joined Transwestern in late 2015.  In his brief time with the company, Pat has had his hand in over 130 lease transactions, resulting in almost 500,000 square feet of new leased space at the Southfield Town Center.
 
Prior to joining the commercial real estate world, Pat owned and operated a food truck business in the Ann Arbor area. His passion for entrepreneurship and customer service helped provide a seamless transition into the real estate industry.

EDUCATION

Pat received a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Marketing & Management with a minor in Accounting from Northwood University. He is a licensed Michigan real estate agent.
