Molle McMonagle

Molle is currently responsible for assisting the Property Management Team at KBS owned 60 South Sixth in Minneapolis, MN. She is currently responsible for tracking accounts receivables, entering invoices, processing Tenant requests and all other day-to-day operations of managing a Class A Building.

Molle has been active in commercial property management for just over 2 years. Prior to joining Transwestern, Molle was an Assistant Property Manager at a small suburban portfolio consisting of class B office buildings. In that role, she was responsible for all receivables, payables, budgets, CAM recs and cash flow. Prior experience also includes over 10 years in an administration role and 5 years working at a school district in Hennepin County.
