Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Maryann is an analyst for the Washington, D.C. based Mid-Atlantic Capital Markets Group, the top investment sales team nationally for Transwestern. She is responsible for financial modeling, asset valuation, strategic marketing and the due diligence process for investment sales throughout the region.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Maryann joined Transwestern in 2017 as a summer intern with the Multifamily team, where she assisted with financial underwriting and market and comparable research. In June 2018, she joined Transwestern’s Asset Services group, where she provided administrative support and was later promoted to Assistant Property Manager on the KBS portfolio, helping manage over 575,000 SF of office space.

EDUCATION

Maryann holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary. She majored in Business Analytics with an emphasis on Supply Chain Management and a concentration in Finance. She was also a member of the Varsity Women’s Lacrosse Team.
