Margaret Siebers

Margaret Siebers is an assistant property manager for a 200,000-square-foot office building in Columbia, Maryland, as well as 1190 Winterson Road in Linthicum, Maryland and 415 N. Washington Street in Baltimore, Maryland. Her responsibilities include monitoring building maintenance, coordinating all vendor contract services, reconciling accounts receivable and payable; assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly investor reports; maintaining detailed lease files and all tenant and vendor file compliance. 

Before joining Transwestern in 2014, Margaret served as an office manager for The Law Offices of Robert L. Siems for 13 years. Her responsibilities were managing the daily operations of a busy law office specializing in bad faith claims and property and casualty insurance cases. She worked closely with policyholders and insurers seeking representation and with the circuit and district courts throughout Maryland.
