Malik Elkhadiri

Chief Engineer Malik Elkhadiri provides engineering oversight for a 293,000-square-foot office portfolio in Fairfax, Virginia. He is responsible for daily operations and supervises all building maintenance, construction and renovations.

Malik has more than 16 years of engineering experience. He joined Transwestern in 2011 as a maintenance mechanic at 1800 K Street where he assisted with maintenance and tenant requests. Malik was promoted to building engineer in 2013 and moved to 815 Connecticut Avenue to oversee the daily operations of the building mechanical systems of the 250,000 SF office building. In 2018 Malik began working at Falls Church Corporate Center as the lead engineer.

 

Prior to joining Transwestern, Malik worked at ChemAqua as a commercial water treatment technician and at Equity Office Properties as a building maintenance engineer.
