Liz Perales

Liz collaborates with her team to serve the commercial real estate needs of owners and occupiers. As Marketing Coordinator, Liz supports the marketing team in the day-to-day marketing and design initiatives for brokerage teams that specialize in leasing and tenant representation. She works closely with the marketing and research teams to complete projects efficiently and under tight deadlines while exhibiting legendary customer service to tenants, prospects, owners, and vendors. In her office manager duties, Liz is responsible for coorindating in-house events, team member communications, and organization of the corporate office. Liz is a strong believer in promoting positivity and a team philosophy.

Liz joined Transwestern in 2017 as a marketing coordinator and was promoted to assist with office management duties in 2018. Liz led San Antonio’s Transwestern Young Professionals chapter, an initiative focused on attracting, retaining and developing young team members. She previously served as assistant property manager with Reliance Residential Realty where she assisted with lease transactions, tenant relations, vendor procurement, and market analysis for property rentals with a focus on customer service. Liz’s experience includes sales, marketing, and business development.

Liz is working toward earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. Liz was selected in 2020 by Alamo Colleges District for the National Society of Leadership and Success. Liz is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas.
