Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Lindsey joined Transwestern in 2019 and serves as Vice President for Transwestern’s National Healthcare Project Management Division. She oversees and manages every step of the construction process from capital forecasting to project closeout and occupancy. Lindsey’s diverse skillset within the healthcare construction industry allows her to adapt to every client’s needs, regardless of scope.
 
During her career, Lindsey completed over $100 million in acute care construction projects, assisted a Texas health system in reconciling 6 years’ worth of capital budget dollars across 5 campuses, and closed out $5 million in legacy LTACH and senior living expansion/renovation projects.
 
Lindsey started her career as a Project Manager for St. David’s Medical Center, where she led the renovation, repurpose and vertical expansion of the hospital and completed projects within all 7 on-campus buildings. Additionally, Lindsey is an experienced Owner’s Representative working on doctor’s offices, clinics, urgent care centers, ambulatory surgery centers, LTACH’s, senior living and behavioral health facilities. Throughout her career, she has worked with various healthcare owners and systems, including St. David’s Medical Center, HCA, CareNow Urgent Care, San Antonio Methodist, Cornerstone Healthcare, St. Vincent’s, Ascension, Baylor Scott & White and Healthpeak.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Lindsey is a Certified Healthcare Constructor and an active member of American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE). She has contributed to successful Joint Commission surveys and assisted a Texas health system in becoming a Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award recipient.

EDUCATION

Lindsey received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering with a minor in Spanish from the University of Texas. She received her Master of Science in Health Care Transformation degree from Dell Medical School and McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
