Kevin Klein

Kevin is the Property Manager for Maggie Daley Park, a 20-acre park in the heart of Chicago. In this position, he serves as an expert leader for the parks management team, assisting with capital projects, accounting issues, service contract negotiations and building/tenant issues. Kevin also acts as a liaison between the Chicago Park District and Transwestern Chicago and helps on-site property staff understand and achieve ownership objectives. He oversees all aspects of landscaping, the climbing wall and green initiatives. In the winter, he supports the ice-skating operations, an endeavor that welcomes over 125,000 skaters each four-month season.

Prior to his role as Property Manager, Kevin held several roles at the park including Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator. He also served as the supervisor for Maggie Daley Parks climbing wall through Lakeshore Sport & Fitness.

Kevin has a bachelors degree in recreation and park administration from Illinois State University.
